At Achievable Fitness we look to make booking for our clients as flexible as possible, with our online booking system. This allows clients to book sessions at their convenience and for training sessions that fit around their lives.

"I have been training with Jay for six months now, my main goal at the beginning was to get below 100 kg on the scale. For the past number of years. I have struggled with my weight, despite trying to lose it, I never had the motivation to keep it up. I decided last year in July 2020 I wanted to follow through this time, but once again motivation wasn’t there. I had previous personal training before but I decided to look elsewhere, as I felt that they were not helping me, they hadn’t done much for me and told me I wasn’t able to do certain things in the gym and I was only seeing small changes. There was also no contact. I decided to reach out to Jay as I had been following him for awhile and seen some of his transformations and knew how much effort he put into his clients. I was lucky he squeezed me in! Reaching out to Jay was the best decision I made in 2020! Jay has been the best motivator through the ups and downs. He has helped me lose so much body fat and achieve the goal I had in mind. And for that I am grateful to have him by my side, especially throughout lockdown. Since starting with Jay I am the healthiest I have been in a long time, much stronger, happier and I am much more confident in myself. Jay is not only your average coach but he is also a great friend outside it all, a great life coach. I couldn’t recommend him enough, he makes training so fun!"
